The Department of Science and Technology's Chemical and Physical Testing Laboratory will feature 3 interactive exhibits in the annual Regional Science and Technology Week (RSTW) in Dipolog City from July 25-27, 2016.
These 3 exhibits showcase the lab's more entertaining side, parallel its expertise in handling various chemical components. The "Chemeleon", "Rainbow Fizz" and "Little Boy Blue" displays promises to wow audiences by treating them to a show of chemical combination processes and transformations.
The lab's main function is to provide customers with quantitative analyses on samples they send in. Raw and processed foods, water, condiments and spices and shelf-life testing are but a few of what the chemical and physical testing lab specializes in.
Aside from these interactive exhibits, the RSTW is also home to a collection of S&T displays from different agencies and organizations working with the DOST.
Visit the Zamboanga del Norte Convention and Sports Center on the abovementioned dates to learn more about what the lab and the RSTW has to offer.
The event is open to all interested individuals (S&T enthusiasts, entrepreneurs, students, researchers, inventors, innovators, professionals and the general public). ADMISSION IS FREE.
